SHIPPING POLICY

• Free Shipping To All United States Customers.  
• International Customers Will Be Required To Pay For Shipping Cost.  We strive to use the most cost effective International Shipping Option to keep your cost low.

RETURN POLICY

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  
• Returns allowed given you contact us within 5 days from handbag delivery.
• Contact us first with your return request in writing via email at: luxuryhandbagsforless@gmail.com
• Please include in your email return request your full name and reason for return.
• We will respond to your requests promptly to guide you on the next steps.
• All returned handbags will need to be returned to us in the same state/condition with any accessories that were included with the original sale to qualify for your refund.
• Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please use a shipping service that provides a tracking # for confirmation of delivery.  Once you have shipped an item back to us please email us your tracking # to luxuryhandbagsforless@gmail.com so we can keep a close eye out for your return.
• Once a handbag has been returned to us successfully in its original condition then we will refund your full purchase amount minus a 10% restocking fee.
• We aim to work with our customers so if you are interested in purchasing another item from us at the time of your return please email us to let us know and we will refund or waive the 10% restocking fee from your returned item.
